Inner Realms Journey Subscriptions

Monthly

Our “Monthly” subscription is paid in monthly installments. For each month that your monthly subscription is active, you acknowledge and agree that Inner Realms Journey Games, LLC. is authorized to charge the same credit card as was used for the initial subscription fee or other payment methods. The monthly renewal subscription fees will continue to be billed to the Payment Method you provided, automatically until canceled. You must cancel your subscription before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s subscription fee to the Payment Method you provided. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial-month subscription period. 

Yearly (Annual)

Our “Yearly” subscription is paid for by an upfront one-off payment with automatic annual renewals. You acknowledge and agree that Inner Realms Journey Games, LLC. is authorized to charge the Payment Method used for the initial annual subscription fee at the rate secured at the time of purchase. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the renewal subscription fee to the Payment Method you provided. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial subscription period.

Digital Downloads

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests made after you have downloaded are not available.

Realms Master Journals

Refunds are for product charges only, shipping charges are not refundable.

You (the buyer) are responsible for paying your return shipping charges for any packages that you return to Inner Realms Journey Games, LLC.

Note that all returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received, including box and packaging.

Refunds for Journals are only available upon request within 30 days upon delivery.

IRJ Merchandise & Products

All of Inner Realms Journey Games, LLC., IRJ branded merchandise (including Clothing, Decor, Art, Accessories, etc.) items are handmade, and there may be variations between or even within an order. Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts on each individual item. All return requests are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases, Inner Realms Journey Games, LLC. does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. 

• Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging
• Inner Realms Journey Games, LLC. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned items are in saleable condition
• Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, Inner Realms Journey Games, LLC. reserves the right to donate, reuse or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.
• Inner Realms Journey Games, LLC. is not responsible for clothing or products that you have washed without following the proper directions. See the care instructions on the product page and product label.

Returns for defective items are accepted if you notify us within 3 days of delivery and return the product within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us immediately with pictures of the defective item to irj@innerrealmsjourney.com.

No-Show Policy

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be considered ineligible to receive a refund for what is acknowledged as a “missed” appointment. Out of respect and consideration to Inner Realms Journey Mentors, please plan accordingly in order to be on time to your appointment or give ample notice if any changes or cancellations need to be made.

Late Arrival Policy:

If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes (unless you have called to let us know you might be late), it will be construed by the Inner Realms Journey mentor that you are a “no-show”.

Depending upon how late you arrive, the Inner Realms Journey Mentor will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

Release and Indemnification:

You shall release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Inner Realms Journey Games, LLC. and it’s Mentors from and against any claims, demands, suits, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses or damages (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys’ fees and costs), resulting from, based upon, or incurred because of your participation in any of Inner Realms Journey Games, LLC.  offerings, services, trainings, & workshops, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental or compensatory damages, however, caused and under any theory of liability.

It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions of Inner Realms Journey Games, LLC. policies and make sure you understand them prior to making payment to Inner Realms Journey Games, LLC.

Refunds

If you wish to cancel a scheduled session with an Inner Realms Journey mentor, you must contact the IRJ Mentor 72 hours prior to your scheduled session.  Payments made for canceled sessions will be fully refunded as long as the 72 hours’ notice has been met.  If you wish to cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, your payment will be retained to be applied against a future scheduled session. Sessions canceled the day of will have 50% of their payment applied for a cancellation fee, and the remaining 50% can be used towards a future session. Sessions canceled within 2 hours of the session will not be refunded or rescheduled unless the IRJ mentor agrees individually to the reschedule at their sole discretion.

Merchants Individual Policies

The IRJ market has products from a variety of 3rd party merchants. Each merchant has its own return policies as below. By purchasing their products through the IRJ Market, you agree to their refund policy.

Kejiwa

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason. You can return your product and exchange for a different product or receive a refund to the original payment method. An 11% re-stocking fee will apply to all refunds.

If you have made a mistake on your order, email us within 24 hours at Kejiwa@InnerRealmsJourney.com and we’ll sort it out with you. We will not be able to cover the fees of the refund if you have made a mistake. If we have, then of course we will!

Please note the following guidelines to our return and exchange policy:

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• If you receive an item that was damaged during the shipping process, please take a picture of the damage and email it to us within 48 hours at Kejiwa@InnerRealmsJourney.com. We will file for insurance and send you a replacement when the insurance money arrives.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Pack up your item(s) with care to ensure a safe journey home to us
2. Note the size and weight of your package so we may create a return shipping label for you
3. Email us at Kejiwa@InnerRealmsJourney.com & let us know what you’d like to return and why
4. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive via email
5. Send all items back to us using the label provided
6. We will initiate your exchange or refund within 48 hours of receiving your return package

What if a bottle received is damaged?

Please take a picture of the damage and email it to us asap at Kejiwa@InnerRealmsJourney.com. We will file for insurance and send you a replacement when the insurance money arrives.

Note: you must email within 2 days or they won’t send us the insurance $ and we cannot replace the bottles.
